Order Handling

We strive to get your order ready for shipment as quickly as possible. Our typical order handling time is 1 business day. This means that we will carefully package and prepare your order for shipping within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that order handling time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. For orders within the United States, we estimate that your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days after the order handling time.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order and see when it is expected to arrive. You can also check the status of your order on our website by logging into your account and clicking on the “My Orders” tab.

Shipping Delays

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the order is damaged, we will not be able to accept it for return.

Refunds
